Developed the concept and delivery plan for selling artist merchandise, enhancing the artist experience. Utilized Airtable to develop a form for artist merchandise submissions and uploaded products to Shopify to simplify sales processes and improve financial accuracy.

Led the entire process of a merchandise photoshoot from concept development to final image delivery, including budgeting, casting, hiring, location scouting, wardrobe and prop coordination, ensuring high-quality visual content aligned with brand standards.

Designed the merchandise and box office store layout, sourcing fixtures and decor, coordinating with suppliers and contractors for swift delivery and installation, and ensuring the design aligned with the festival’s brand aesthetics while optimizing cross-functionality and customer flow.

Generated and analysed merchandise sales reports and presented relevant data in Microsoft Excel to the team to drive informed decision-making in stock allocation and presentation strategies.

Processed invoices and managed budgets for Brand & Commercial and Festival Operations departments, ensuring financial accountability and timely completion.

I have a highly developed understanding of visual merchandising principles and strong ability to make data-driven decisions in order to drive sales. I collaborated with the Stockroom Specialist to successfully lead the implementation of a Return on Investment metric using Google Sheets, which led to decisions backed by data and improved profit margins in store and was demonstrated to the district for roll-out. I was regularly the manager-in-charge of the store, leading a team of 13 in the district’s most premium location.
